• Optional Inputs: Any text prompts you provide for clothing, activities, backgrounds, or text overlays to customize your caricature.
• Usage Data: Information about your interactions with our Service, such as selected styles, features used, and generation attempts. This helps us improve the Service and is collected via standard web analytics (e.g., Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-focused).
• Payment Information: If you purchase tokens or subscribe to a plan, our third-party payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not directly store your full credit card information on our servers.

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

• Providing and Operating the Service: To authenticate you, process your uploaded photos, generate caricatures, manage your account, tokens, and saved caricature history.
• Improving and Personalizing the Service: Analyzing usage data and feedback helps us enhance our AI models, add new styles, and improve user experience.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide assistance.

• AI Service Providers: Your uploaded photos and any textual prompts are sent to our AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Stability AI, or others) solely for the purpose of generating your caricature. We strive to use providers who commit to not using submitted data for training their general models unless explicitly stated or opted into.
• Service Providers: We engage third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (e.g., hosting with Vercel, database and authentication with Firebase by Google, payment processing with Stripe). These providers have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred.

Retention: We retain your account information as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos are typically processed and not stored long-term unless you save the generated caricature to your history, in which case a reference might be kept. Security: We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet-based site can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access and Update: You can review and update your basic account information through your account settings page.
• Deletion: You can delete individual caricatures from your history. To request the deletion of your entire account and associated data, please contact us at caricatureme.app@mail.com.
• Caricature Visibility: You have control over the public or private visibility of your saved caricatures if you choose to share them via a public link.
• Cookies: Our website uses essential cookies for basic functionality (like keeping you logged in). We may also use analytics cookies (e.g., through Vercel Analytics) to understand site usage, which are designed to be privacy-respecting.
• Communications: You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.
